Written In The Stars

It's written in the stars
That someday we will meet.
It's a promise God has given
And I know it's one He will keep.

For eight years we've had a friendship
Through email and on the phone.
And having you for a friend
Has made me happy for so long.

I know one day I'll get to travel
To North Carolina, although it is far.
Because God will keep His promise
That's why it's written in the stars.

 
(we did meet and had a wonderful visit)
