Don't Take It For Granted

Read the bible every day, 
Read it without fail.
Don't take His word for granted,
Read it, and read it well.

The bible is more than a doctrine.
It creates faith and generates life.
It frightens the devil, it heals your hurts
And will help you over come strife.

It releases power, makes miracles happen,
Imparts joy and cleanses our minds.
Defeats temptation and gives us hope
What a way to spend our time!

 It's our milk and bread, solid food and dessert.
For the soul it's a four course meal.
It will help you grow up in your salvation
And guide you into His will.
