My Internet Friend 

I thank God for this computer of mine
And for the friend, that I met online
I'm so thankful for the internet
And the personals ad, through which we met.

We share our lives in a most special way
With a click of the mouse, when we've something to say.
Sometimes I log onto icq
To see who's on line, hoping it's you.

When you see my name and a message you send
I'm always happy we can chat again
I love writing to you, such a special friend
I hope this friendship never will end.

Someday we'll meet, it's meant to be
I'll look at you, and you at me
We'll smile at each other, our hands will clasp
The moment we've been waiting for.....at last!
